Most disappointing of experiences.
Myself and a friend, both of us retired military veterans, en route to visit the Royal Hospital Chelsea, stopped to have breakfast at Cote in Sloane Square. We sat outside, no one came. We went inside to advise we were there. There was no greeting. The lady was busy with the till. We waited. We were ignored. We asked if we could order. We were given two menus. We went back outside. After 10 or more minutes, no one came, we left.
There was no welcome and we both felt that we were an inconvenience and not valued as customers.
We went across the road and had a very positive and enjoyable experience.
