Review of P.J. Body Repairs

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Good job

The sign of a good business is how they deal with things that aren't quite right. My car went in for a repair and as I'm very fussy, I didn't feel it was 100%. Lee accepted this with good grace and offered to put it right. The car was finished off and looked perfect when collected. Would definitely use them again.

Review of Oakfield Estate Agents

Avoid!

We recently bought through Oakfield Bexhill. They were the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. They were unprofessional and treated us like we were an inconvenience. Avoid!

Review of Michael Jones & Company

Fantastic service!

Michael Jones Ferring is the best estate agent in the area in my opinion! Headed by Angela, assisted by Emma and not forgetting Lucy the branch secretary, they went above and beyond to get our property sold. I would thoroughly recommend them!

Review of PuffinInsurance.com

Dreadful experience - avoid this company.

Update - no I haven't heard from the underwriter - I am not impressed! My daughter had a fall and badly injured her knee whilst abroad, which resulted in her having her leg strapped from thigh to ankle. I called Puffin one week ago for advice. Firstly, I waited nearly an hour for the call to be answered on their Emergency out of hours line. After I had provided all the information, the agent called my daughter to verify everything. It all went downhill after this as no-one else called her again. She called them several times over the next few days but never got an answer about what was going to happen. After 5 days, she removed the strapping so she could bend her knee and decided to book her own flight home! She is now home and is having treatment here for torn ligaments. I dread to think what would have happened if it had been more serious. Avoid this company as they obviously don't want to help you!

I'm very sorry to hear of the ordeal you've been through. I'd be very grateful if you could email us (admin@puffininsurance.com) with your policy number or other information from which we could identify the policy (such as policy holder name and date of birth) so that I can take this up with our underwriter to find out what has happened here and ensure any claim you make for costs incurred is dealt with as a matter of priority.

Update: I understand that our underwriter has now been in touch with you with regard to the above.

Kind Regards,

James.
