Not impressed

Returning as a former customer following a move I am not impressed.
I was charged the direct debit on the day of supply instead of what was planned to be in seven weeks time.
A refund was then given but less than the amount I paid due to usage for part of the first day….insulting.

The book came without the audio despite highlighting it on the front cover.
