I have been on the phone with Michael ( Team 16E) for about 45mins today regarding 3 recent letters from EDF on my mother’s property.
The first letter was referring to my mother’s passing in October 2022 and the current estate position, the flat has been on the market since November 2022 with no offers received which is surprising.
The second letter was current bill position which Michael updated to today’s date and which I subsequently paid.
Third letter was regarding new tariff, this he explained and after considerable difficulties he eventually managed to forward me current details so that we can determine way forward.
Overall he was very helpful and understanding of the position we were in.

Octopus to date have kept us informed on market prices and currently are offering customers a reasonable deal for the next 12 months.

Item delivered and installed and operating all as advised, so quick and simple.

Driver was great, polite and caring and delivery time was within that advised.

The only issue I would have is the part sent whilst supposedly suitable for my machine did not fit as expected, however a couple of hours spent in the workshop and a few attempts with a carborundum stone the mitre now fits and slides really well on the table saw bed.
