A SCAM - avoid these rip off merchants

A SCAM ! We were told to use this company by EasyJet to rebook when our flight was cancelled. They took a 1 euro payment. When I checked my next credit card statement these people had taken another 70 euros. When I phoned to query they mentioned that the small print said I had 14 days to cancel my “membership “. Unknown to me that I was expected to pay an annual fee !
An obvious scam.We were too stressed looking for a hotel and flight to check all the small print.EasyJet told us to use this company . Why didn’t they say clearly that there is an annual fee ? Why sneakily take 1 euro first and use the so called trial period hidden in the small print to rip off customers ? More importantly , is this company associated with Easy jet ? They are based in Nicosia. The head of Easy jet is Greek.

Will take this scam further to protect others.Dislike being conned by these crooks.

AVOID DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE !!!

Ignore the laughably positive reviews…

Ignore the laughably positive reviews on their website and the “ UK” in the name. This is a China- based company. The products take at least two weeks to arrive, are poor quality and you will NOT get a refund for. They try to get you to remove your negative review before offering a refund. They then renage and you will not get a refund from these crooks who would be closed down if a UK company.

The reply from these jokers is insulting. They do not give refunds or reply . They just send AI generated rubbish like this one.
Read all the one star reviews here to get a true idea of this company, their products and their that lack of compliance with UK consumer legislation. Say goodbye to your money with these Chinese crooks.

Poor quality goods and unable to get a refund

Two paint by numbers took two weeks to come from China. Too late for Xmas. Forget the “UK” in the name. This is a China based company. Like others, they have not given me a refund. Just keep sending emails saying keep the items and offer £4 then £6 and lately £10. I want my full £38 back. The boxes had German labels , not English. The coloured illustration of the painting was postage stamp size and no instructions. I do not knowingly buy from a cruel dictatorship and would not have if I had known it was a Chinese company.Obviously, in China there are no consumer rights as well as basic human rights.

The reply below is a sham. They are now offering me £15. They know the details and will not refund my money. The Reviews by customers on their website are also no doubt fakes. They “review” all Reviews so I did not bother to do one knowing it would not be shown !
They are a Chinese company so have no need to comply with UK legislation. I will report them nevertheless.

Christmas present did not arrive after one month !

Ordered a sweatshirt for my grandson on 29th November. Not delivered by 30th December ! Asked for a refund. Very disappointed. I try to avoid Amazon as I don’t like putting more money in Bezos’ tax dodging pockets but my wife ordered a sweatshirt from Amazon for our other grandson and it arrived two days later. Iwoot just send rubbish emails saying they are trying to deal with a large number of orders and yours will be dispatched as soon as they can .
One to avoid in future, especially if it is a present and you want it within two months !!!
