Bag is still made.
Customer Service good.
The bag i don't like. Can't get much in. When you put item in the main section the front pockets and side water bottles are useless as there is no give.
Good for use with a laptop and few small items.
Just come back from travelling and i hated it.

Re Candlelight: A Tribute to Daft Punk with Kaleidoscope Orchestra
The orchestra was fantastic, but the night spoilt by a poor venue, nothing even close to the picture in the advert.
45 minutes in the queue for the bar, the concert was only 1 hour 20.
Over priced at £55.

Hired these guys to make some repairs in the bathroom.
Initially all looked good, but had to ask for a return visit as the mastic around the bath was terrible.
The second visit did a better job.
After a couple of months a leak appeared and i discovered that the mastic behind the taps was not good and letting water through.
This caused damage to the apartment below.
The company does not respond to messages or answer the telephone.
