Quick, very reasonable prices and fast delivery. I also made a mistake in my order and had a phone call the person the other end was very helpful and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Trying to change password, no instructions besides must be 5 characters. Did this and pinged back to same page. No indication whatsoever was wrong. Did again from beginning, no luck. Not inFAQ’S no contact details… DO NOT USE THIS APP

Kleenex mansize Balsalm very poor quality now

Kleenex mansize Balsalm, what have they done to them. These were premium tissues, and I paid premium price. I noticed the price was actually lower but the quality is rubbish. I had to check they are three ply because they are so thin. Break apart as you pull them from the box. And what happened to the softness. They are harsh. On strength and quality they don’t compare with own brand which unfortunately don’t come in Mansize. Tried writing to Kleenex but the website on the box doesn’t work. I’d pay a high price to get the old style one back

Gift card or ecard be careful when buying on line

I was sent a gift card for my birthday. Today I went to my store, 7 miles each way, a lovely assistant helped me and all was good until I had to pay. My Gift was actually an ecard and these can only be used on line! This is in small print if you purchase on line but I bet most people don’t notice.

I wouldn’t get the personal service I received if I was buying on line, without another trip to the store I have to pay postage, having now got my advice.

I just feel the difference should be much clearer when a purchase is made.

Of course I left without my skin care.

Sadly this is because of fraud so I do understand

Trying to contact them, they keep saying my card has expired but the date on it is 2026.

Thee doesn’t appear to be anyway to resolve this as my query doesn’t fit their options and there isn’t a contact number or email

Yet again no signal no compensation

Yet again no signal, this time the mast has been removed altogether so no signal for at least a month and no mention of compensation. Spoke last time through Facebook and got a reply and compensation. This t8me directed me to a great long web address which couldn’t be copied. Getting worse not better!

As you can see on the reply they say they cannot guarantee full service all the time. This isn’t a one off error. This is a full removal of service for one month, minimum that they know about in advance!

Aldi don’t want to hear problems

Why is it impossible to contact Aldi with a complaint. Not a big problem, faulty packaging of yogurts resulted in loosing two portions. Attempt to report it, choose a category well this isn’t in the choice! So go for other, order number. I don’t have one I purchased in store, so I’ve had it I can’t proceed further. Obviously Aldi don’t want to know about problems. Tempted to take remaining oackages and attempt opening it at a till so they can experience the problem for themselves.

Best to message via Facebook if you want an answer

Still waiting to get a signal at home. Six months or so without being able to use my phone at home. Complain in store and get told ‘change your supplier’.

Why shouod I pay for a service I don’t receive? How to complain, call them! How do I do that when I don’t have a signal?!

Got an answer from Tesco via Facebook. Full refund of last month and they are looking into it. Good luck with that. Unfortunately it still doesn’t solve my problem.

Other users of the mast are getting refunds why are I?

No coverage for weeks

I have little or no signal in my house, garden or surrounding area. This is true for most people in my small town in Kent. We are told a mast is down but being repaired, this has gone on for weeks now.

If you wish to complain to Tesco Mobile you have to give your life away before being able to complain! In store I was casually told ‘change providers!’

Network coverage is always bad now non existent

Peat free compost, more like concrete.DO NOT BUY…

I shop a Lidl and am normally happy with products but the compost I purchased for my planter has proved extremely expensive.

On opening, thought it looked a little odd but added water retention crystals as my garden is hot.

I might as well have planted in concrete, despite the heavy rain a couple of warm days have returned it to concrete and I have just thrown away the many dead plants

Forget contacting anyone on a Monday morning

After a very long wait got redirected to another extension another long wait then disconnected.
Go through again, this time the stupid auto fails to recognise the number either spoken or dialled in on the fourth attempt puts me back on wait!

Moral of the story don’t attempt to speak to anyone on a Monday morning😡
