Amazing shop full of exciting and different things, customer service was excellent.
Used their home delivery service which was reasonably priced, cabinet arrived packaged well and the two delivery drivers were polite and professional.
Will be visiting Ember Home again in the very near future I’m sure.

From sales to fitters the experience was good. Fitters arrived on time and we’re clean and tidy. Only took off 1star due to would have liked the fitters to spend more time explaining how the system worked rather than just hand me a manual. Spoke to Daniel Brewin customer relations manager and he kindly sent me a more clear and simple instruction sheet by email for timer instructions.

Ordering process was very simple, when product arrived was just as described and looked liked websites photo, very sturdy and packaged well. Only dropped 1 star from review as seemed to ages to arrive . .

Karl Tobin the surveyor was excellent, the two delivery drivers were polite and cheerful. They managed to put all the fittings carefully and neatly in the room without damaging my property, all while dealing with a baby gate that was in the way.

Lee C the fitter arrived promptly and was chatty and cheerful. He worked extremely hard and tidied up after himself really well. The finished result was brilliant and I’m really happy with it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company for anyone looking for bespoke bedroom furniture.
