Hidden charges VAT on second hand goods and on description off €2000 and not in GBP taking taxable cost at £1720 all after selling should have been tolled .

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review, although we are obviously disappointed it is only two stars.
I am a little confused by some of the points you raise but i'll do my best to address them where I can - feel free to get in touch directly if any concerns are not addressed.
In terms of charges for selling - VAT is charged on the seller fees only and not on the bottles themselves. As these fees represent a service and our business is UK based, UK VAT is applicable on these fees.
As a UK based business, all of our costs are in GBP by default. There is an option to toggle costs o other currencies whilst the auction is live but our invoices, etc will be provided in GBP.
If you are instead referring to the 'reportable seller' threshold, I am afraid this is set by the UK government at this amount (€2000) and we have no say in this. I think, though, you have perhaps misunderstood this. The Platform Operators Requirements do not introduce any new tax obligations and I would urge you to perhaps check our FAQS for more information on this. It should have no material impact upon yourself - it is simply to improve reporting transparency of all digital platform operators.
