Unbelievable!! I honestly do not know how the person in charge of customer services is still in employment. Absolute embarrassment!
Put an order in for a vacuum cleaner using a Lifestyle Voucher. Wouldn't let me proceed. Turns out it's out of stock. Then one of their own staff placed the order online for another vacuum on my behalf using the same payment method. As soon as they took the cash I got an email saying it was out of stock and I had been refunded. Turns out I haven't been fully refunded.
Spoke to Currys to advise I need the refund ASAP as my 4 year old daughter has allergies including dust mites.
It's been a month now. 7 phone calls. Been told I will get a call from the mythical finance department twice. Didn't call me back.
No place to escalate the complaint. The second complaints dept who say they call back in 2 days haven't called since 22nd June!! Where is the bloody accountability Currys?!!!
