PC HelpSoft even helped instal their software for me and my laptop, which I thought I would have to replace, works as good as new. Well worth the money.

SelectSpecs could not be easier to buy from

SelectSpecs could not be easier to buy from and crucially, at time when local postal deliveries could take a month to arrive, my glasses arrieved pon time. I woiuld not buy from any other online optician as their frames and glasses are competitively priced too.

One star is over-generous

One star is over-generous. TalkTalk really does need to think its call-centre strategy if it wants UK customers. I am a vulnerable person and my advanced care level application form was returned as undeliverable by the Royal Mail. In this I repeated that I am iunable to make or receive calls, et you repeatedly ask me to do so. Since installation I have had daily outages of wifi and had no response to my request for compensation. I do not want someone now sending a message saying bow sorry you are, I want action and have emailed in an incident report (yet again)

Go elsewhere for wifif - you have been warned!

Appalling service, appalling online chat. In only a few months I have had three engineer visits to my house and yet I still get repeated wifi outages. And yet TalkTalk has no problem billing me.

Rude delivery staff caused such a…

Rude delivery staff caused such a commotion that I had two neighbours at my door to see what was happening and the two delivery men ad to be asked repeatedly to lower their voices so as not to disturb my neighbours. One of the delivery men was upset when asked to be careful when he had no regard for the value of my wifi router, more expensive than the bed frame. They then complained that they did not have enough room to assemble the bed. I live in a studio flat , and eventually they left with the bed frame and I have asked for the order to be cancelled. This is a company i will never do business with again.

When TalkTalk customer service went from bad to worse

On Saturday morning my internet went down for hours, so I reported this online and was told to expect a call back. I said I would not be available on Monday, so of course I get two calls when in my dentist's chair. I contact TalkTalk again today and am told to again expect another call at an unspecified time. Outstandingly bad service.

Customer service is a vicious rumour at TalkTalk

Just over a month ago I subscribed to TalkTalk. And the wifi is great when it works. But has been down four times now and I am now expected by customer services to remain at home for forty-eight hours until they can find time to call me. If you want wifi in the UK, look elsewhere
