created a instance only with ‘free tier’ possibilities (as they advertise it, at least) for educational purposes only and actually never even used it. and now they charge me significant amount of money for something I didn’t ever know. very shady, be advised!

I didn't ever use their services (whatever they are), just logged on once with my google account and now I see in my card statement that they charge me for $8.99! For what?

UPD2. Problem resolved and money refunded, so kudos for support team. But platform itself need serious improvements -- those 'subscriptions' is a mess and absolutely non-transparent for users.
