waiting in for a parcel checked…

waiting in for a parcel checked tracking it said delivered 15.59 i went upstairs 16.01 no parcel in hallway no one knocked spoke to customer services and they claim it has been deliverred and sent a very blurred image of a box they are looking ito this but probably been stolen somwhere along the line no way it was ever here so disturbing

had mast issues for last month i get…

had mast issues for last month i get some coverage indoors but none outside yet they happy to keep billing since they merged with virgin i cannot log in to my 02 and services are dreadful try and log in and you end up in a loop of verify email round in circles
have been with 02 for years but time for a change if problems not sorted soon would advise avoiding ATM

I bought some acuflex insoles priced 29.99 on sale
but they added 9 pound for a year warranty i tried to get this refunded had an auto reply but no follow up
they arrived much too small so requested a refund via paypal which was granted hoping to get return info so i can send item back update the only contact i had from you was an automated response until you replied to my review claiming you had resolved issue ?? PayPal sorted the refund please post return envelope and i will be able to return unopened package all the best

whenever I'm thinking of purchasing from a new source
I check them out on Trustpilot first great way to avoid disputes with rogue traders
if i forget and am awaiting order updates which seem to have taken too long or slow to reply to my query
I confirm here from all the helpful reviewers that i have made a mistake and take action to cancel and request a refund via pay pal

tried to get me to close PayPal dispute by lying

paid for a dog bed after a week i chased it up as had 3 marketing emails then i put a refund claim in they asked me to close PayPal dispute as it was blocking the refund process which is a lie ?? i replied refusing this request as the dispute will automatically end once the refund has been processed so could they kindly process the refund also they contacted via PayPal but never mentioned closing the dispute in this message just told me they sent me an email to my address beware this company or any company that asks you to close PayPal dispute prior to paying refund if you do they can then ignore you and you could lose your money if no refund is received after a few working days escalate the case with PayPal
as pp cannot assist once you close the dispute from payment to refund was 2 weeks

yodel are unreliable / pathetic / useless in sussex

yodel tracking says parcel would be saturday afternoon /evening
so hung around
never arrived at
00.35 received a text been a delay wont be today ie yesterday

monday morning had an email with new tracking it said 3.55 to 5.55
tracking driver from 26 stops to till one stop away then tracking map dissapeared
it went to driver has short delay 18.10 20.07 still no change on tracking or arrival
today

tuesday 20/08/24
sent tracking
parcel meant to arrive this afternoon then once again half way through
delivery window status changes to
There will be a short delay to your delivery. Please check back for updates
I will not be checking back with these clowns yodel are pathetic useless jokers
In this postcode area
will be requesting a refund via paypal parcel is lost my dog needs food

Miele washing machine rated for 20 years use is making grinding noise after 2.5 years during spin
just me and daughter so it has not been over used best to pay extended warranty before it runs out too late for me customer service very friendly engineer visit £270 update turned drum checking for wobble on bearing there was none sounded like grit was dislodged black gunk in filter cleaned out ran a wash with soda crystals grinding noise gone ran a wash back up and running youtube assistance grit and dirt maybe from dogs bedding phew may get 20years yet lol

was sent a broken expensive chair which was a nightmare to organise and repack for return
the box was in bits on arrival and was told to find my own boxes chair was impossible to take apart so sent in two large parcels cost of packaging was 15 pound
10 emails to sort then one no show collection
returns to this company are not easy they ask for video and pictures before sanctioning a return 16 days in all before they collected it seems like returned faulty goods being re despatched as the state of the box on arrival was bad driver walked away without speaking so had no choice bet to take in very bad experience

Thank you for your review. It is sad to see your experience with us was less than satisfactory.
Sadly before we return we do ask for details and images of the issue just to fully determine in the next steps and so that an inspection isn't needed once back to confirm refund.
We can promise we do not just send out faulty / returned goods and the damaged packaging will just have happened during transit sadly. However all drivers should wait and double check you accept any goods before walking away and we will take this up with the 3rd part courier used.

I have been using Kaspersky total security and vpn for a few years recently the vpn blocks the total security updates after spending some time researching why updates failed i disconnected vpn and updates started running also blocks downloads
have to close vpn for downloading torrents which was one reason why i purchased in the first place wont be renewing
