Was offered £450 for my phone and when they checked it they then offered £200 less, which from reading the reviews is a very common thing that they do.
My phone was in good condtion, but I think the only way you'll get full price is if you sent them a brand new phone, even then I suspect they would drop the offer price.
I called them to say I was not accepting the offer, there's a very handy 'accept' button, but not as easy to decline their rubbish offer. The Lady I spoke to said she would go through the offer and explain, I said I wasn't interested in any of that rubbish, and just send the phone back. I wonder how long that will take...

I ordered items only to be told after weeks, that the last one they had was damaged in transit, doubt they even have most of what they advertise, the same happened with a different alternative item, apparently the company no longer makes them….. of course they are still advertising the same ones now.
Rubbish company with little, if any stock.

Failed collection, collection time was given as 0900-1100, but they never showed all day.
Had to re-book the collection, let's see if that works.....

Every year when it's renewal time... this years quote £349 (last year £222). The AA website has the same cover at £229. Over the phone the lady offers me a 2 year deal at £269 a year!
Please stop trying to con people like this, it should be an offence to send a renewal price out that is ~50% higher than your on-line price. How many old or vulnerable people do you rip-off each year come renewal?

Outstanding service and price! I have recently bought my second car using DtD, having used them 4 years ago and once again, absolutely first rate service.
Shortly after getting and agreeing the price, the dealer rang and went through and confirmed everything on the order (optional extras and things like that) dealer informed me that the car would actually be slightly cheaper as Ford had changed one of the option prices.
I live in Aberdeen and the car prices in the main dealers here are outrageous, with no chance of any deal. I even gave my local dealer the chance to match the price (or get close) and they were not interested.
I have no doubt that I use them again, when the time comes. Thanks very much.

Absolutely rubbish customer service when there is an issue. My tracking details say my parcel, which was posted by the seller on the 7 days ago is delayed and will be on the move in the next 24 hours, that was 4 days ago.
I can find no way of contacting them about this.
I guess you get what you pay for, budget postage, budget customer service!

Cheapest anywhere for the Reg Number I wanted and as their name suggests, very quick service.

Paid the deposit online and was called shortly after. Number was transferred and assigned in less than 45 mins.
