Order placed online, received a follow up call to verify order the following morning, confirmed delivery date and method of delivery with rough timings, delivered in un damaged box, taken into my house and placed where I asked, on time.
What more could you want from ANY business? Nothing.

Ordered online and bought this item from tool station as it was competitively priced and available same day. Email arrived within 10 minutes saying item ready for collection.
1 hour later I was using the product.

The pest controller arrived to deal with a report of wasp infestation. He arrived and said it was a honey bee hive and that he couldn't deal and left. Even if it was a wasp nest it was too close to where some bats were nesting.
£180.00 for a 5 minute visit........
I contacted a Honey bee specialist who told me these are were Mason bees not honeybees (without charge..) and gave me some advice on how to deal.

Whilst JG Pest arrived when they said, I think that,having done virtually nothing towards their £180.00 fee.... there should have been a partial refund. No kit was used and only 5 minutes of their time.

I was told to expect a call from their office....

An email arrived 4 days after to say, once Bat conservation have visited to confirm ok to do work, we can re-book.

Bat society will never do that! - can never re-book.

Arrived promptly but, having ordered my normal size, they came up big… this never happens to me!

Leaves a bitter taste that I had to pay to return them 😡, didn’t order a different size just in case they weren’t right either.

Short appointment, but such a long time for availability (1 month)
