I've ordered twice within a week they're that good. Prices are better than everyone and the product range blows competitors out of the water. The most amazing thing is delivery speed, honestly there isn't a company regardless of what they're selling that delivers quicker than these guys.

4th pair from Spex4less due to a new prescription, and again first class service. Didn't have the initial pair of glasses I wanted but got back to me immediately and gave me a voucher to upgrade to a different pair. I ordered some I've been looking at for a while and I'm over the moon with them. I was told 2 weeks to order from Italy bit they came this morning 3 days later. The customer service is second to none and this company deserves more recognition for what they deliver to the customer. We'll done guys. Fantastic

The best purchase I've ever made of any item online. Found a pair of Barbour glasses I loved over a year ago but was a little too pricey so thought I'd wait for a sale. Finally found them on one online opticians for a reasonable price but decided to Google just in case. I found Spex4less did them even cheaper and I mean cheaper almost £100 cheaper. I was a little dubious but decided to go for it. Here's the unbelievable part, I ordered on Thursday and they were delivered today, I couldn't believe it. I've just tried them on and the lenses are better than my regular opticians, the fit snug as a bug. Unbelievable service from being notified to purchase to arrival. This is the best shopping experience I've had and there's been a few in lockdown. I can't speak highly enough of this business. I won't ever use anywhere else and will be recommending them to everyone. I don't leave reviews often but this had to be done. Absolutely fantastic company.

Terrible customer services, contacted straight after order to advise sizing mistake and advised it was too late. Then when item received I have to pay to send it back. Only company ive ever dealt with that does this. Will never use again, the whole experience was very poor

Ordered a pair of Diesel glasses with a massive £99 discount and was a little sceptical but after waiting a week from order, my glasses arrived with my prescription better than my usual opticians. I've got another pair in my basket from the Barbour sale currently on. Terrible customer service. Bought a purse for a gift and then a day later invited to pre-sale with 20% off. Asked for the difference back against the item that wasn't even dispatched. Was told I had to wait for item, then return, and then order again. Absolute joke of a company and a brand I wouldn't touch with a barge pole again. Should have read the reviews before purchase

Where do I start? Chris and Iain have helped me so much that I now feel I can have normality in my life again. 3 years it took me to make a phone call these guys and it was 3 years to long. They are literally the best out there and believe me I did some research before contacting these guys. What Iain and Chris do that no other company does is treat you like human being. They understand that people have problems and struggle financially. After the initial phone call I already felt like a weight had been lifted and then the follow up calls to set things up was like talking to a family member, they genuinely care and want to help.
I can't speak more highly about Chris and iain. Please just give them a call and get yourself back on the right track.
