Awful company, closed my account with them in March, then in April I receive and email suggesting that I used 5000kw of energy in my last month with them, so they re-opened my account and accepted the charges under my name and then closed my account again to con me now they claim that I owe them £787 and I am still disputing these charges. It is ridiculous. They also sent false opening meter readings to my new provider.

I have attempted to contact them with numerous emails sending photos to prove that I don't owe the money and they have ignored them.

From what I have seen this happens often to their customers that attempt to leave them.

Please avoid them at all costs the same will likely happen to you and it could be a higher charge.

I hadn't heard of ePacks before I was looking for a new backpack for my girlfriend. She said she really liked Jansport backpacks but she couldn't find a design she really liked. I was a little skeptical at first as I hadn't heard of the site. But after receiving the bag only 2 days after ordering it and it being brand new and perfect condition AND it comes with a 30 year warranty, there is nothing to complain about.
