We were a little nervous at the start about using an online company to supply and to fit our new Combi Boiler but we had nothing to worry about. The service from BOXT was excellent and the whole process was so simple, the plumber that fitted the boiler was outstanding. Many thanks to Mike Halliday he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kept all installation mess to a minimum cleaning up when he finished. He kept us fully updated throughout the whole process. We can’t rate BOXT and especially Mike highly enough. If there was a 6 star option then a bonus star would go to Mike. If you are in the North East of the UK ask BOXT for Mike to install your new system you won’t be disappointed.
