Not sure what’s going on with this company. They don’t answer phones nor respond to emails. Ordered through them as they state express delivery, lots of reviews to say they deliver quickly although I now see these are at least a year old. As per review below, they say it’s been dispatched but the courier status has been showing as awaiting the package for at least three days now. Have emailed asking to cancel my order as clearly it’s not left them. Let’s see how that pans out.

Awful, misleading company. With the worst customer service. I placed an order expecting it to be delivered within 5 working days as per the stipulation on their website. Money taken straight away but 3 days later still no email to say the goods had been sent out. No response from their contact page. On day 5 tried to call - a message saying they weren’t taking calls! So I took to social media. Lo and behold a response from the Instagram team however despite them saying they’d sent the query on as a priority it took a few more messages from me to get an email from someone half an hour before they closed to say my parcel would be sent out early the following week and would arrive within 5 days - so now 10 days from when I originally placed my order. Whoever had emailed me then basically ignore my immediate response asking if the order could now be expedited as I was running out of time for what I needed the goods for. So utterly unimpressed with this joke of an outfit. I have asked for an immediate refund to reach me as swiftly as they took my money! Avoid this company at all costs.

Cannot tell you how delighted I am with my Winchester Square Corner sofa set! Has really finished off our garden beautifully... Service was great from start to finish. Very polite and responsive to emails, delivery arranged as soon as the item came into stock with a specific delivery time. Delivery guys couldn’t have been more helpful too. Will definitely be purchasing from Maze again - thank you!

We had quite an extensive piece of work across a number of rooms to do. Michael and his team were professional, easily contactable and completed work to a high standard. The amount they can complete in a day is incredible. What I appreciate the most is that Michael is easily contactable; answers and returns call quickly unlike a lot of other builders I’ve come across.
