We hired Builder UK for a full home renovation including a rear extension and loft conversion, and the results are absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning the team was professional, transparent, and genuinely committed to delivering the highest standard of work.

I strongly advise against buying from this company. The item I received was nothing like the product advertised on their website and social media – completely different design, very poor quality, and clearly mis-sold.

When I contacted them, instead of taking responsibility, they offered me a partial refund (40%) and a coupon, insisting I keep the defective item. They refused to issue a full refund, despite this being a clear case of false advertising and misrepresentation.

I have since raised a dispute claim with American Express and will be reporting this company to Trading Standards and the relevant Chinese authorities for investigation.

Their practices are unethical, misleading, and potentially fraudulent. Be warned – if you have an issue, you are unlikely to get proper customer service or your money back.

The LINX team is the most efficient and trustworthy builders I have ever come across, the attention to detail is next to none and they are extremely knowledgeable. They enhanced my initial vision and I couldn’t be happier. They even provided advice on different material types and what would be more durable. Highly recommend LINX! And will definitely use again.

I had my whole house refinished and loft converted. The workmanship and professionalism was excellent! I was guided each step of the way and was allowed to makes changes. I would highly recommend this clinic, the professionalism and knowledge is incredible. The doctors are very precise and attentive, the translators (Deniz) was very accommodating, friendly and had excellent client skills.

Absolutely pathetic, thieving and joke of a company! They sent me a damaged suitcase I ordered from them, which wasn’t cheap at all! Clearly demonstrating they don’t carryout any quality control checks before they dispatch items and then they arranged for a delivery company to collect the damaged rubbish, which I sent them pictures of, and 2 months later I am still waiting for a refund and they keep sending emails saying they are still investigating!!!!!! I will never order from this shambles company again and I will email everyday until I get a refund, they clearly have no good practices in place and just need to be shut down! If I could I would give ZERO stars, I even emailed the CEO and he couldn’t care less as long as his pockets are being filled while I’ve lost £133! The customer service team reply with the same response each time:

I understand your concern on this issue.

Please be advised that I have now raised this with the courier, to further confirm the status of the return parcel. This process usually takes around 3-5 working days, and I will be in contact immediately, once a response has been received.

I am look forward to speaking to you shortly.”

2 months later I still don’t have a refund and keep being told:

“ Thank you for your patience.

Unfortunately the parcel haven't been delivered to us yet at the moment.

However, kindly be informed I am currently awaiting information regarding this investigation.

Rest assured, as soon as I have any additional information, I will update you.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.”

PATHETIC, They’ve kept my money, they have evidence of the damaged goods, their courier failed to deliver to them and I’m left out of pocket! I’ve never in my life experienced such bad customer service and poor quality in a product. They should be closed down! Clearly incompetent in all areas!

Incredibly professional and great attention to detail. Would highly recommend. Had installation of steels and major structural works.

From the start Dr Jallali and his PA Charlotte were fantastic and extremely comforting when making a decision to go ahead with my breast uplift. I had listened to loads of peoples views and researched various surgeons and I’m SO glad I found Dr Jallali. He is a true perfectionist and his work is incredible. There are no words to describe how fantastic him and his team are let alone his work. I haven’t seen anyone with such minimal scaring and stitching, his technique is truly unique. Any queries I had before and after the operation were attended to immediately. I highly recommend Dr Jallali to anyone wanting any surgical procedure. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I absolutely love my new breasts, Dr Jallali exceeded my expectations and has changed my life, I’ve never felt so confident.

I was greeted by Mariola at the showroom who showed the sofa I saw online and she was incredible helpful, informative and friendly! I would definitely use this place on all future purchases and recommend to anyone wishing to purchase a luxury sofa at an amazing price!
