Great product - great service

I recently purchased an under sink chiller from Intu Taps and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding and friendly. David is so knowledgeable, and was incredibly responsive. The product itself was delivered promptly and exactly as described, offering fantastic value for money without compromising on quality. It's rare to find a company that combines excellent service with competitive pricing, but Intu Taps truly delivers. Well done and Highly recommended!

Do not use

Just trying to get hold of someone to help with an update on my claim. I have been trying for 2 days. I have spent over 30 minutes on the phone on both occasions and still not managed to speak to anyone! The automated message says try our webchat, you will be seen sooner...
another hour and the only message on the webchat is "We will not be long, sorry for the delay." DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, if I had a choice I would certainly use another company!

Little Value

I was going through a grievance with my employer and had been with Unite for 11 months. I contacted my local office, bear in mind you cannot contact your local officer directly, you have to leave a message with the office and wait for the officer to contact you. I explained the details of the case and asked if I could have representation at the grievance meeting as I did not feel comfortable going through quite a stressful process on my own.
When the local officer eventually called back I was told that officers do not attend grievance meetings, I was astounded at this revelation. All that was provided was advice which was freely available on the Internet.
I feel that the staff at Head Office do not want to be there, the officers will do the bear minimum, I don't feel that I have had value for money with Unite and will be cancelling my subscription.
