Never Air help!
bad service, very slow. while awaiting them I had reimbursed from another company. and by my mistake, I had to pay to Airhelp the fee because I didn't cancel the request. very bad, don't trust them, very bad....horrible
My opinion:
not only for money ... but for your approach to customers. I only received emails from you in which you said that I am not eligible, that you are sorry but the airline has refused etc, however the email with the signature of the contract for the administration fee you sent from the beginning. obviously your slowness has gone in favor. however I learned from my mistake.
You said: "Looks like you've been compensated after the legal action we took". Please check it better before saying this. I was compensated by another company, much faster and very simple, without signing anything in advance ! And in the phone conversation you asked me what the company was !!! and also the amount I have received. But, does it seem correct ????Do you have to apply the percentage of the amount received from another company ???? Anyway , I paid you, and I hope to close everything here.
