The recent delivery was promised for early evening on Saturday 30th November 2024 via DPD. After waiting all evening for the delivery it finally arrived late afternoon the day after, Sunday (1st December) 2024.
Apart from the problem above, the good arrived in good condition.

Acceptable renewal price and good customer service.

I was contacted prior to my current insurance expiring with a acceptable renewal quote. I did not have to chase anyone from Howden Insurance.

The collection of cheeses were a birthday present. They were very much appreciated by the recipient and did not last long !

Delivery was not next day as promised ! It was two days later

It was simple and straight forward to renew my car insurance.

We were contacted by A-Plan rather than us having to chase them up when the insurance was nearing its renewal date

Staff are always pleasant and helpful.
Prices are always reasonable compared with other quotes and staff are always helpful and phone back at the time as agreed if original call is not suitable to discuss quote.

Items purchased arrived as promised and with plenty of forward notification.

The reason for this low rating is that my parcel, although correctly addressed was left at the wrong address some distance from my home address. It was only due to the kindness of the occupant of this house, who drove to my house to deliver my parcel, that I finally received it.

Apart from recording my wife's last christian name as her surname on the policy document, everything was as expected. This error which was noted once the documents were sent through was quickly and efficiently corrected with just one phone call !

The shirt was exactly as I have come to expect from Peter Christian: well made and generously cut.

Simple to purchase via the telephone - no need to spend time on line. Very helpful staff. and pleasant staff.
