Hermes are speedy and great if you happen to be at home. If you're out, it's another matter entirely. Very poor. We've had several experiences of valuable parcels on doorstep with no-one at home for days. Miracle nothing stolen (yet/as far as we're aware) - mostly thanks to Ring doorbell and calling in favours to send people round on rescue missions. It's very stressful. Most recent parcel was left with neighbour but no delivery card left. Only received it as they were kind enough to come round....

Booked two expensive flights to New Zealand, payment has gone through, but....no tickets. A month later, and countless emails - still no tickets. I have been told on several occasions that we will receive the tickets within 24, 48 or 72 hours, but each time, the period has lapsed and still.....no tickets. Travel Junction now appear to be ignoring my emails. Getting anxious now, as we supposedly travel soon. The uncertainty makes it very hard to make plans - and I'm not enjoying the paranoid dreams either. How can a supposedly reputable company take thousands of pounds and then not provide any tickets???!

'Purchase Failed' error message every time i try to use my (rather large) Zeek credit. As per other users, reported online via social media and their help centre but no response. Gutted. Website seems to still be functioning otherwise, so absolutely outrageous that you can still purchase credit which ends up in a black hole never to be seen again. Be warned - stay clear, at least until rumours of bankruptcy are alleviated and they get their act together [I live in hope that I will see my hard earned ££ again one day :,( ]
