Péssima experiência! Fiz uma encomenda que atrasou uma semana e não mais porque resolvi entrar em contacto. Após mais uma semana de espera, recebo uma encomenda de um artigo que não aquele que encomendei.

FROM BAD TO GOOD
After seeing all the bad comments here and not getting any information from the costumer service, I was very concerned about it. I have received an email confirmation but that was all. I kept waiting 5 days without knowing if my order was being sent or not. I've received my order today and everything was perfectly fine.
My advice to Ekosport is just to be more aware of the clients and improve a way lot more the costumer service. All rest is fine.

You should have received a confirmation email once you placed your order, another one once your order was getting prepared and a third one once your order has been processed and dispatched with the tracking of your parcel. You can also follow the evolution of your order and your parcel in your customer account in “MY ORDERS” section. We are sorry the lack of communication put you in a stressful situation.
