I just recently purchased a brand new VW ID3 from Hayselden in Doncaster. They gave me a great deal on this car which was around £2k cheaper than other VW dealers in my area. James was great, he kept me updated throughout the whole process and explained everything clearly to me, so I understood all my options. There was no hard sale or pressure to purchase the car. There was a couple of minor issues with the vehicle but James and the team made sure these were sorted, which made me feel valued as a long term customer. I look forward to purchasing my next VW from Hayselden in the future.

The installer did a great job, very polite and installed the charger to a high standard. The charger cable arrived with cosmetic damage but Ohme confirmed this was just that and it was safe to use. Ohme then offered me a good well gesture and were quick to respond to my query. I found them really helpful. Highly recommend.

Poor company to deal with! Requested a settlement figure only to be told they could not provide me one whilst my monthly payment was being taken and that I would have to wait nearly two weeks to obtain my settlement figure! Also told that I would not be allowed to even pay off my loan or make an overpayment in this time, which is not flexible at all! As a result, this has delayed my mortgage application. This has made me feel trapped and is not responsible lending in my view! Needless to say I will be making a complaint to the financial ombudsman.
