We recently had the pleasure of 2 separate deliveries from John & Kev (Blaydon drivers) and these guys know the true meaning of exceptional customer service. There was a minor issue with the first delivery (corner sofa) which they immediately identified and went that extra mile to resolve within 2 hours.
Again, they went above and beyond with the second delivery (dining room table & chairs) and demonstrated the same level of professionalism, friendliness and courtesy.

Ordered and received two beautiful and great quality ornamental trees. They were delayed in transit due to the current situation but my emails were answered promptly and professionally. All in all, an excellent company - well done!

Great service from start to finish. I received a call in advance from the delivery guys to say they would be arriving within the hour. When they arrived to remove my old washing machine and install a new one, they were very respectful of my home and really friendly.
