Programmet är ganska lättarbetat för att skapa fotoböcker,framförallt om man använt det ett par gånger. Det är även enkelt att lägga beställning och leveranserna har alltid varit snabba. Även jätte kul att man kan få en digital bok som man ska dela med dig av på nätet till vänner som bor längre bort.

This time it was easy to get in, but a little hard to actually get the seats I wanted marked, so by the time I got to them they were already taken and had to start over looking for other seats. The paying process worked smoothly though when I finally got tickets. And the tickets appeared promptly in the app.

Getting tickets to K-pop concerts is stressful. By making it easier to get in to choose your seats at a pre sale instead of just recommended best seats. Especially since if you're not happy with the seats and you search again the risk is high of being thrown out and will have to begin queuing again. It would also be appreciated if prices were announced at least a couple of weeks before tickets go on sale so we know what to expect. Also the mail with information regarding the event could be sent out earlier, especially regarding VIP tickets as a lot of us need to plan travel and accommodation as well when going to concerts. That said, the event itself was amazing and I'm hoping to see more K-pop concerts in Copenhagen in the near future.

It was easy to buy the tickets and getting the information I needed.

I found it easy to use and easy to get the tickets. Convenient to have the tickets in the app. As usual very late in sending out the emails for VIP information though which makes it hard to plan for concert day.

Lätt att hitta, lätt att beställa. Snabb leverans. Dock lite väl stor förpackning för det jag beställde :-D
