Been a member for at least 10 years when out of the blue my account was disabled i was asked to send in bank statement showing tombola transactions which i did also bank statement and paypal statement, showing everything they asked for and driving license to be told at the end to ring them up which i did and i was told by a member of safe play team that they dont think i can afford to gamble or play tombola which was a down right insult when i said i can afford to gamble easily they started asking for more proof of my income which i have already sent into them but they wanted to see tax returns etc which is ridiculous. Also alot of my family had tombola accounts and the same thing has happened to them disabled account with no explanation about it all the customer service people i spoke with are very abrupt and never give you a straight answer this is no way to be treated after all these years.

To be honest id never heard of infababy but read the good reviews and thought i would buy a seat for my 4 year old daughter as she was getting to big for hers, well arnt i glad i chose this seat for her im absolutely made up with it best seat shes had excellent value for the price. Also only took 3 days for delivery. I would definitely buy again thank you!
