Absolutely awful experience in dealing with this lot. A genuine cancellation claim through illness of a trip before Christmas has been strung out to the nth degree. Finally a settlement notice but at this late stage we now discover that they refuse to compensate the costs of my partner's cancellation and he now has to make a separate claim through his travel insurance. The months of frustration continue, because TIF seem to enjoy making a simple process as difficult as possible with every delaying tactic used. Awful!!
