Hi Budget air,
Could you please understand my position and give me an update.
My ticket was cancelled without my permission and I dont have any other options now, I have been calling and waiting since weeks now. I have called atleast 10 times waiting for hours on call but I am really sorry to say there is no solution yet. Please try and understand my position as I don't have any tickets now and I am in more worse situation.

I am Anandam Singh and i had a terrible experience from Budgetair.nl
My flight got cancelled by jet airways and i called budgetair for help! 
Instead when i was told my phone will be cut as i am overtime(explaining my problem more). It was most rude and unprofessional behavior i have ever faced with any customer service. I called up on +442080454031 on 22-Feb-2019. The call was made at 2:34PM CET from number +31616821110 and this was regarding the booking number BA-5359515. 
I was told budgetair cannot do anything as a part of compensation even after purchasing the airplus services. The airplus services is a third party and they dont control anything on what they compensate you. Airplus doesnt allow any compensation on non EU flights and any future cancelled flights, it was no where indicated while booking the flight then why do you take extra money from customers as part of extra package. 
Forget compensation, if you talk to your customers like this i am afraid its no more a company to look out for and you diminish your trust. I myself worked for Amazon and i know what a customer service is. It was like insulting your customer on their face for no reason. The person on call also told that i know why you choose budgetair because, we provide you cheapest flight. If that's the only cause why do you have a customer care, shut it down!  
I am not afraid to to go court with this and i will do that if i dont get an apology and a solution/compensation. 
Treat your customer with respect to get respect!
Please help me with the escalation contact details. you must have the recording of the call, listen to it, its pathetic. I know where to go but still i have faith that no company is set up to cheat customers and they hold values. I expect the owners of this will take it seriously.
