Out of no where I was charged 11 Euros worth of internet usage. The bill shows that 0.76 Euros have been deducted 14 times consecutively over a period of roughly 24 hours with an interval of roughly 2 hrs each.
Although, the customer care did their best to explain but there is no way a person who has wifi both at home and work and prior to this never used the mobile data can accept this kind of charge.

Appalling service guys, I am not sticking around for another such event !

Not that they do not make mistakes, but the customer support team is active and friendly and make sure they are rectified ASAP. Have never had any bad experience with them. Fast and reliable!
