Return process is a nightmare

I was hesitant about ordering from Buykud at first because I was afraid they would be like Shein or Temu. However the clothes looked so good I ordered anyway and for the most part I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my orders . However returning something to them is a different matter. Upon registering the return online you have to wait for them to "review" it, then wait for a response from them with an address of where to send it. The problem is they never respond. My first return I had to finally contact them because they were not getting back to me. They finally did and then had to pay for all shipping. I am attempting now to make another return and once again I find myself waiting for a response. However once I am done with this return I will also be done with Buykud!

Just updating this several days later...still no return resolution. But Buykud did contact me with an offer to accept an item of comparable value from their website at which I was pleasantly surprised. However when I decided to take them up on their offer and made a selection they never responded again. It seems like it's a big scam to suck you in to purchasing something that you can never return. They delay the return process until the return deadline passes then you're stuck with their merchandise. Please check out all other reviews on them before you order!

They can provide better answers to customers (buyers and sellers). Even when chatting with a real human it's like interacting with a chatbot!

Here we go again with Vestiaire

Back again with my current Vestiaire issue. They continue to be uneven and unpredictable in their customer service and practices.
I recently purchased a Lous Vuitton Randonne backpack from them. When I received it I noticed that there was no date code/serial number and the logo was crooked and a few other details were either missing or suspect. I have owned no less than 3 of these bags in the past (all authentic) so I know what details to look for and where to find them. I reported the item to them and pointed out the issues...I also sent many photos and at their request returned it to Vestiaire. I was sure that the issues were so obvious that they would also question authenticity. So I was quite surprised by their email this morning declaring the bag authentic. I messaged them again to try and appeal this decision but they sent me a checklist that their "experts" go by. From that list they say the date code/serial number is compliant...how can that be when there is absolutely no date code? It also listed typography being compliant...when I had sent them a photo of a crooked logo! There were more things that did not look right but these 2 issues alone should have set off alarms. I asked them to indicate where to find the nonexistent date code (usually at the base of the shoulder strap). If they could tell me that I would be happy to take the bag back because I really wanted this Randonne...my favorite LV bag. Well my chat pretty much got shut down when I asked where to find the date code. Simple question. You can't just assure me of authenticity without answering my specific issues.
I have been buying and selling on Vestiaire for many years now...but don't know how much longer I can deal with these ups and downs. Vinted is my backup site now.

Horrible Customer Service (again)

I have been both a buyer and seller with Vestiaire for many years. I have had both good and bad experiences with them...and I see that many others have as well. However instead of taking the many complaints and making improvements their customer (no) service seems to be getting worse. I recently bought a bag which was listed as "never worn" and "like new". However it was far from that description. It was clearly damaged. On the very day that I received it (February 4) I contacted Vestiaire immediately and sent them very detailed photos. For some reason they couldn't decide whether I could return it (although it seemed very cut and dry to me based on their own policy). I had to go back and forth on their chat (which is also HORRIBLE) but finally got an agent to say "OK return the bag...we will send you a return label". Well this was several days ago and I am still waiting for a return label! And they do not respond to my messages. I just want to return this horrible bag and get my refund ASAP...after that I think I want to be done with Vestiaire for awhile!!!

Another bad experience

I have had both good and bad experiences with Vestiaire...this is one of the bad ones!
If only they would respond to chats and/or emails, situations requiring customer service may could be more easily and quickly solved. However when I send a message about an issue at 9am and it goes unanswered for hours it is very irritating and creates unnecessary negativity. It is now almost 12noon and I have still not heard from them.
I sold a bag which was apparently picked up at a paketshop on December 6 by my buyer (tracking indicates that). I know that according to Vestiaire policy the buyer is given 72hrs to report any issues with the merchandise. After 72hrs if there is no issue the payment process begins (and I realize it may take several days before it appears in your bank account)...in my experience with Vestiaire they notify you of a payment date.
It is now December 10 and no word from Vestiaire or the buyer. It may be that the buyer has reported an issue to Vestiaire which would of course delay payment, however when I try to find out what is going on I either get an answer that makes absolutely no sense (a non-answer) or no answer at all...which is infuriating! It seems they only reach out to you after a review!
Unacceptable.

Buyer Beware...

This is just a followup to my previous ratings...
Limango is still absolutely terrible!!! Order placed months ago (October 6) for 2 items...only one finally came and they initially provided no info on the 2nd item. Then got an email
basically saying that it may or may not be delivered by November 11. It was not...and today I got an invoice for the 1 item that was delivered with some mysterious "fee" added on! I'll pay it of course just to be done with them! Buyer beware...I order online alot and they are by far the worst!

Incomplete order delivered

I placed a Limango order online for 3 items on October 6. However on October 24 only 1 of 3 items was delivered. I contacted Limango to find out where the other 2 items were but they couldn't really answer except to state the obvious...that the items would be delivered separately...no delivery date, no tracking number was supplied. No further contact from them and I still do not have the rest of my items. I wrote to them again and told them to cancel the missing items but there was again no reply. Very frustrating to deal with a so-called customer service that does not respond. I recall having had difficulty with Limango in the past but thought I would give them another chance...that was a mistake! I will not make the same mistake twice...I will never order from Limango again!

Buyer Beware

Shipping took forever. When I finally received my glasses they looked HORRIBLE...cheaply made, garish and looked more like they were part of a Halloween costume. When I inquired about returning them Aoolia does their best to discourage returns by telling you how expensive it would be (at my own cost) and suggest that if you keep the glasses they will offer you a discount voucher for your next order. I foolishly accepted however they never followed through with a discount and never responded again. I should have followed my instinct and never ordered from them in the first place!!!
Horrible products...miserable customer service. Buyer beware!!!!!

ZARA (we don't) CARE

Unfortunately I cannot rate Zara with a fraction of a star or "0".
I used to be a good Zara customer however the following experience has definitely changed that.
On February 21 I received a promotional email from Zara about their Pre-Owned department which would now offer repairs (as well as reselling and donations). I was excited to hear this because I owned a pair of brown leather joggers from the Zara Leather Collection that simply needed the zipper pull replaced. I logged on to their repair page, paid the cost indicated of €20 (for the repair and shipping), printed the label provided and sent my pants off immediately. Unfortunately the next day February 22, I received an email from Zara saying that because of the fabric (leather) they would be unable to repair my pants. This was disappointing but I was OK with it. I attempted to respond to that email to remind them to refund my €20 and return my (very expensive) pants, but received no reply. I eventually spent an inordinate amount of time trying to contact Zara's phantom Customer Sevice...including various email addresses, phone, chat and finally Facebook messenger on Zara Care (it would seem they purposely make it next to impossible).I have a long thread of messages that initially said they would refund the €20 (which they did) and return my pants (which they did not). Since then there has been a frustrating back and forth on what should have been very simple solution...to just return MY pants! But all I kept getting were excuses about having to "review the matter" (why), or escalating it to another department (again, why), or someone will get back to me. None of these promises ever happened. Which leaves me to wonder if my leather pants have been misplaced, lost, sold, destroy or stolen (hopefully not).
Dear ZARA CARE: Please return my pants before the weather becomes too warm to wear them.
I do not need your apologies...just my pants (or a replacement pair or full reimbursement if for some reason you're unable to locate them.
