Very disappointed with the order
Very disappointed with the order, I ordered small size ended up getting medium size. Took it to Bradford Shop to return it. Shop was close, mobile number displayed on door to contact. Rang several times but no answer left message to contact me. I had no contact to this day. I got email to return to Bradford shop, I sent is First class, still waiting to hear from them.

I ordered size small & instead I got size medium. I tried to return it in Bradford shop, but unfortunately unable to return. As the shop is in process of closing down, note on the shop had mobile number to contact .I made several calls, no reply messages left. But not had any contact, still waiting to hear from them, it's 16/04/25.

I am disappointed with the luggage allowance, which is 30KG which includes 5KG of hand luggage. My friend also going with Emirates, but got 40KG allowance.
