First one turned up damaged by courier! however very good customer service and very quick replacement.The hoist it's self is very good a lot better than any I've used before great buy.

I ordered a radio on the 2nd of July and I still haven't recived it! the first time I emailed I got a response saying it would be hear on the 8th 9th of August I've emailed since on the 10th with no reply and on the 11th with no reply still waiting!

I Ordered 3 items, first package came a day late with 1 item in! then a second package came 2 days later with 2 items in one was my glove and the second was some free golf balls witch was nice! but the most important item didn't come until 2 weeks after I ordered them.
