I ordered a test kit but unfortunately linked my old address. I didn’t notice until a few days later. I emailed Medichecks, not holding much hope, to see if anything could be done. I had an immediate response, the team had cancelled the kit and had one sent to my correct address. No further payment was needed.

The engineer was very professional, I was kept updated throughout the installation, it was very quick, no mess left and I was provided with an explanation of the working on the updated full fibre.

You will not find a better company than SBS. Recent example- I left a review about a helmet I purchased, very slight issue in that the chin curtain was slightly damaged, no complaint and I didn't get in touch about it, within a few hours of my review (which was a positive one) I had a call from SBS informing me that a new item was in the post! Fantastic service.
