Avis - Horrible service. Do not recommend Avis, avoid at all costs.

I rented a car with full coverage and cross-border option at the Avis office in Trieste Airport. On the second day at 15:45, the car broke down in the middle of rural Slovenia. The international roadside assistance was terrible—nobody spoke English, loads of calls and every time we were left on hold for over 30 minutes. Desperate, stuck in the forest with no food, no water, and no shelter, we called the Avis office directly. The operator was completely unhelpful, repeating things like “Call roadside assistance, I can’t do anything, it’s not my job, it’s not my problem…”

We eventually had to call the Slovenian police to rescue us from the forest at 23:00. The next day we returned to the Trieste office for a replacement car. The same Avis employee, extremely rude and disrespectful, once again told us it was not his problem. No apology, no professionalism, no support. They simply abandoned us without the slightest concern.

We had to spend over €300 on taxis. When I asked to file a complaint, the same employee told me to “check the Avis website” because it was not his job. Once again, zero help.

Without any doubt, this is the worst service I have ever received from a car rental company.

Pésimo servicio, ninguna profesionalidad

Pésimo servicio, ninguna profesionalidad y mucha cara.
Tren Madrid Chamartín destino Pontevedra, día 01/01/25. Sale con 50 minutos ds retraso, se para unos 20 minutos antes de Segovia, en Orense nos hacen bajar y que nos llevan en bus. El bus no está y toca esperar. Llegada a Pontevedra con más de 2 horas de retraso.
Puse reclamación, 2 meses mas tarde me dicen que me devolverán dinero, la cantidad no la confirman.
A día de hoy 10/03/25 no me han devuelto nada. Llamo a atención al cliente, que tengo que seguir esperando. Hasta cuando?
Servicio nefasto, atención al cliente todavía peor.
Han vivido de las subvenciones del gobierno de turno y los clientes les importamos bien poco.
Vergonzoso. Son unos L4dron€s.
Si puedes ir en avión, mejor coge el avión!

AWFUL SERVICE, LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM

AWFUL SERVICE!!
After placing an order 6 days in advanced, I did not receive my shop on the selected day. I called them to know what was happening and they promised that I would receive my order 1 hour later. It never happened!! Not only that, they did not even bother to call and let me know about it. Waiting since 12pm for a shop that never came.
What is the point of offering delivery when in reality they donot care at all about their clients?
Previously I also had other bad experience, they messed up another order with 7 items missing and 4 substitutes.
I do not recommend ASDA at all! They lack of professionalism and respect towards their clients, you better try Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Ocado.

SERVICIO NEFASTO - Me siento estafado

ORANGE SERVICIO PÉSIMO - captan al cliente y luego lo dejan tirado sin entregar el pedido contratado.
Inicié una portabilidad de móvil+internet+TV+ fijo el 30.09.20. Hicieron la portabilidad de las líneas móviles a los 4 dias. Más de 3 meses y medio después sigo esperando por el ADSL (no fibra) y TV.
He puesto varias quejas y reclamaciones (tanto en el 1470 como en tienda), nos han dado multitud de excusas absurdas. Dicen que me llamarán en 2 días y jamás lo hacen. No se responsabilizan de nada, no se preocupan del cliente ni de cumplir con lo contratado.
Una gestión interna pésima, una total falta de profesionalidad y respeto hacia el cliente. Me siento totalmente timado y estafado. NO RECOMIENDO ORANGE!!!

NEFASTO servicio, falta de buena fe y profesionalidad

CUIDADO!!! TIMO!!!
NEFASTO servicio, poca profesionalidad, inexistencia de Buena Fe. ROBO de más de 1500 Euros durante 3 años.
Han abusado de la falta de conocimiento de personas mayores para ofrecerles fusionar las líneas de móvil, fijo e internet en casa. En lugar de incluir las dos líneas de móvil en el pack fusión, incluyeron sólo una y la otra la metieron en un contrato distinto con una cuota mensual de 26 euros + IVA. Además activaron servicios de Emoción, llamada a 3 y desvío de llamada sin el conocimiento y autorización del cliente.
Horas y horas de espera en numerosas llamadas, reclamación por email y sólo cuando decido tramitar una portabilidad a otra compañía se molestan en contestar "que mis facturas están bien".
Aún por encima, después de haber cancelado la semana pasada los servicios de llamada a 3, desvío de llamada y alquiler del teléfono (y haber obtenido la confirmación de que ya estaban cancelados) hoy veo que me los han vuelto a cobrar por adelantado para el mes de octubre. Y cuando ya había tramitado la portabilidad!!!!!

REVISEN bien sus facturas, abusan del monopolio que tuvieron durante tantos años. Lo peor no es el error en si (que también), sino el trato recibido. HORROROSO!!! No contraten con esta compañía, hay opciones más económicas y mucho más profesionales.

Awful! Non-professionals, Joke. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM

Awful!!!! Horrible service!!! I expected to receive a parcel at home and after 2 weeks waiting I contacted parcelforce, they had the parcel but they told me that was completely destroyed. Unbelievable they even didn't bother to contact me to let me know. When I wanted to raise a claim they didn't accept and said that only sender can raise a claim. I explained that the sender doesn't speak english, they didn't care at all. I asked them if they do not take any responsibility for destroying my parcel and they said "we do but you are not allowed to raise a claim" (????). They said they will send some pictures of the parcel destroyed and after 3 weeks they have sent nothing. They kept me calling and transfering my calls from one to other department with no help. Even, they gave me a number from Slovenia!!! I don't speak Slovenian!!!! They are not professionals, this company is a joke, you better save the money and use a different company. This is the most disgusting and useless company that I have ever used.

Update~ After writing this review I sent them 3 more emails and did not answer back. I called them once and kept saying the same story "you cannot raise a claim, we'll send pictures"...I still waiting for them.

KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!!
