Major scam & access to your personal details

Avoid massive scam via social media advertising will take a small amount of money to start with then more regular payments like a subscription without knowing or signing up for anything.
Business doesn’t exist thankfully NatWest were great and reimbursed all 3 transactions (£1 & 2 lots of £37) and got a new card and pin.
Avoid at all costs

Waste of money

Purchased service plan for a vehicle I purchased from Trade Centre 12 months ago. And when I needed work done was impossible to get it authorised have to jump through multiple hoops - and main dealers can’t provide all this information. One garage refused to work with EMAC because of these issues . 12 months £55 per month is a lot for nothing in return no peace of mind. Avoid at all cost will be cancelling mine. Worse thing is when purchasing minimum term is 12 months.

Recent work including diagnostics has cost me close to a £1000.

Poor after sales service

Poor after sales service - despite numerous attempts no one is calling me back - only purchased on 28th April and have an outstanding query - plus today my engine warning light has come on

I will be closing my account - since the changes the service is absolutely dreadful- I’m owed some money which despite my best efforts have not had it refunded it’s impossible to get this resolved.
Sorry PayPal but your days are done , I’ve had my account for years but not anymore

Ask for Dean (Salesperson) he was exceptional

I went to Trade Centre Wednesbury this weekend on the back of the recommendation of my friend who came along with me. My intention was not to buy a car but to take a look and test drive as I was really clear with what I wanted . I ended up buying it !
Dean was the gentleman who helped with
the sale and was exceptional - was stunned to know he was new as he came across super confident , personable and not at all pushy. Really impressed with the process , checks and how seamless the experience was - would certainly recommend!
Picked my car up on 28th April 2024 - part ex process was really simple and clear

Didn’t have to wait too long for a…

Didn’t have to wait too long for a Saturday and staff were super helpful and friendly.
I don’t think retail talent get the credit they deserve having to deal with customers that seldom have common sense ( I witnessed this during my visit) so hats off to them for having to tell customers to wear their glasses properly !!

Since the site has changed how to login, I am not able to login despite changing and resetting my password, not happy, as I am still paying each month. Furthermore the new and revised site is not mobile friendly which doesnt help

Not impressed with Churchill who took…

Not impressed with Churchill who took it upon themselves to contact me directly threatening legal action against me for an accident because they claimed that my insurers were not corresponding with them. They wrote to me giving me 14 days before involving solicitors and threatening legal action due to a claim that hadn't been reimbursed.

Bad, unethical and scaremongering is not the best may to resolve disputes and says a lot about the culture of this organisation.

Furthermore they have used my personal data without my consent breaching GDPR guidelines, and therefore will be taking this further.

The reason why the claim was not reimbursed is because my insurers were waiting on some documentation from them which to date they had failed to provide, the original incident took place on 22nd May 2019.

Absolutely disgraceful practice and not something I would expect from a Group this size.

Reported a claim on 23rd May 2019

Reported a claim on 23rd May 2019 - sent photos off, my insurance company have notified them. Today I get a letter from the insurance company of the other driver saying the claim hasn't been settled and now I have 14 days to resolve this otherwise legal proceeding will start against me - no one has ever contacted me since the claim was submitted so as far as I was concerned this was all resolved. I have now been holding for over 20 minutes to speak to someone about my claim and not able to get through to anyone other then being transferred and now on hold again.
