My delivery person has been outstanding since becoming a customer.
With that said the cost increases, inability to make changes, unauthorized payments and problems with scheduled deliveries are reasons I will not continue my service.

Review of Versace
I purchased a pair of the baroque acid loafers and just wanted to exchange sizes. Talking to the customer service reps (3) and 2 supervisors was of no help. after 10 days no exchange and no refund, and come to find out that the shoes were no longer available on the website. Finally got a refund but no call back as promised regarding my purchase. conflicting information from all people I spoke to and will never buy from the online store again. They are clueless and could care less if you are not satisfied with the canned responses.
