Jury is still out for our cat one week…

Jury is still out for our cat one week in, I'm still layering the food with his usual, but he's dodging around it, and never eats it all, as he would normally, unless it's left overnight, which I wouldn't normally have to do. This morning I tried the turkey flavour on its own, warmed slightly and he wouldn't touch it. He's not a fussy cat. Disappointed at the moment, as I really wanted him to enjoy it

Hi Toni,

Thanks for giving Marro a try and for sharing your experience so far. We totally get how frustrating it can be when your cat doesn’t immediately dive into something new. It sounds like your boy might just need a little extra time to adjust – some cats can be a bit cautious with new food (even the not-so-fussy ones!), so it can take a couple of weeks.

You’ve already done a great job with serving food he’s used to alongside it, and by warming it up. Often a slow transition does the trick, so we’d recommend serving it with his original food for a little longer (some cat’s prefer it served in a separate bowl next to their usual food, rather than mixed in - so give that a try too).

Whatapp chat faster than calling

I couldn't get through on the telephone to book a repair due to weight of calls and it was suggested I call back the next day instead. Using the whatsapp chat enabled me to avoid doing that and I was able to get an appointment.

My friend wanted my gloves so much - with a bit of sculkduggery with her partner we got her a beautiful azure blue pair for Christmas morning. She loves that they are recycled - I love to support a company with good ethics and customer feedback.

I love the food in here - but staff not wearing facemasks properly (around the neck and just over the mouth) is not acceptable at the moment, so we left.
