So disappointed😭😭😭

So disappointed, i went to Housing Ombudsman because I had no one to help with a repairs hoping to get rehouse because of it. In 2019 the property where I live with my 2 children. Keep has been having on and off leaking in my kitchen ceiling and couple of months ago I started having leaks in my hallway and rusty water come from a pipe, though they have fixed the leaks in the kitchen it's keeps coming back. And cause me and my children to have chest infections, I also am suffering from Mental health. I was offer compensation, but not what I was hoping for as my home is making me and my children ill all the time and I don't think it's healthy for us to live here. I also hoping the Housing ombudsman will help us get out of here and the compensation was a lot higher, i know things are difficult at moment with Housing and money, but I see on Google about the Housing ombudsman has given a family a large amount of compensation, and what i was offer was a lot less. Me personally think since the Labour Party been in power, us British people have been push a side. I know what I was offer was better then nothing and we got roof over our heads, but we can't live like this anymore. God for bid, but I feel our health gonna get a whole lot worse. 😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏🙏 if our health does get worse. I will never forgive the Housing Ombudsman for this. I really don't understand how the man i chatted to call me when I was suffering from a chest infection. It's no wonder the reviews on here are 1 star. No has so far called me and told me when these repairs are going to be done. 😭😭

This is my second review about this company. I decided I am going to take matter further, because enough is enough.😡😡😡😡 They think what they doing is funny, well I be the one who laughing. I am going to report them, this company is scammers people and they need to be stop and not darker our doors again. I am seriously thinking about taking all the letters and proof I don't
owe anything to the companies they said I owe money too the police. We all need report this company, they can't get away with this. As i am writing this. I am at the police station and waiting to speaks to someone who deals with companies who scammed people.

I ordered 4 piece bed furniture from…

I ordered 4 piece bed furniture from Sport direct on 14 January, it was meant to come between 23 to 25 January. But after few complications with the seller I was told it was delayed, and it will be coming 27 so I thought I call the company who had my furniture and confirmed to me they have my order and will deliver on 27 and someone will call me to let me they are almost at my address, I waiting in all day and no call me or knocked or rang my intercom. But apparently they said they did rang my intercom, but no one did. So now I gonna have wait 48 hours for some to call me rebook for them come again. I told the lady I spoke they are lying and I will be telling the person who calls me same thing. I am not happy, not happy at all. I wouldn't of give more stars if the drivers deliver my order and didn't lied to them. I bet just couldn't be bothered. It would of be better if they told me, we won't be able to deliver your order today, but we will be delivery it tomorrow, but oh know I had go back on there live chat to see why I was still waiting. If don't receive my order very soon. I might take this matter further. No one deserve to spend a lot money on items or item and don't get it, times are hard for everyone. It's not as if companies like this one gonna pay you back for money you lost. Yeah there people who given this company 5 stars on here, but there lucky ones, there are some like me are not happy with the service we received. I don't appreciate that. I don't appreciate that one little bit. I told the truth, I honestly say you drivers couldn't be bothered and lied. I am truly sorry I said all those hurtful things, but I so angry right now.

Looking at the debriefs - I can see the crew device pinged in your area and they have take a photo of the keypad. We can safely say the crews attempt was genuine and was compliant.

I am with the service I got,.they were…

I giving this company 1 star because when delivery my bed, the planks were the wrong size, I been messaging them and heard nothing since 29 January, they told me gonna send me replacements, but I am still waiting, beware when they delivery your item. The drivers what give them a good review to earn extra money and if you or bed for example it doesn't come with no instructions, if I don't get new planks for bed. I will be contacting Ebay very soon and asking for some kind refund as I didn't get the full bed set. I waiting long enough.

Having been on site for sometime

Having been on site for sometime, I find it disappointing. No one seems to be interested in my property. Especially when you have what they asked for including location and they turn you down. They say they what move ASAP. But still turn you down. Due my property is too small for 3 adults as its two bedroom flat. I what move to bigger property, but I notice some people who what exchange what to move out London. My housing won't put me and children on the Housing waiting list or bid for properties, so this is the only way me and my children can be rehoused. I feel me and children will never get rehoused to a bigger property. I didn't put I been suffering from Anxiety, Depression and PTSD as I didn't think it would make any difference. I don't think people don't what to exchange, and help people who need exchange to bigger property. Its so disappointing. 😞😞 to all those people who what exchange good luck I hope you get what you looking for.

A few days ago I was told by asda my account has been suspended, and wasn't told why. All I can think of is when I complaining about the quality of the food I receive I wasn't happy with quality. I will not be going back to asda anymore, as I feel as I should of been why be told why my account was suspended, I so glad I got a refund of the things I was complaining about. Where times are hard you thought they will be bringing there prices down. But some of things they have in store or online are expensive. And it's not worth high prices the charge and not always good quality. As they say customer is always right. Also i saw on Facebook Asda are offering huge discounts to people who are working, what about low income families or people, this so unfair. We should have that too. If this is true, Asda you might end up loosing a lot of customers. If what my advice I think you should do that to all customers. Or just for low income families and people.
