tried to go online at YouGarden.com

tried to go online at YouGarden.com, access was denied and I get a message "This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks", I then phone and wait for 13 minutes through appalling music to get to place my order only to be told we will not ship to Northern Ireland because of Brexit, why can You Garden not state this on their website?... its all basic stuff !
