I have been purchasing on-line A LOT and never had a problem with returning my orders if I had to. BEFORE LATE 2018. Since then the situation changed. Once the courier was UPS , everything worked fine. Now, with DHL, I have to pay by myself the return delivery and they will never compensate it neither back to credit card (which I preferred) or to my store account. Customer service keep saying that once the got the solution I will be informed, but it is already 1 month since I have sent them the return receipt, and nothing happens. Returned items however received and refunded to me.
