Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service, which is what makes or breaks a company like this.
Bought 3 items, needed to return one, hard work to start a return, waiting on a response and after returning it took well over a week for them to start refund process after they had received the return. It took me emailing several times to get the refund.
Would never use them again.

Following the lie below, I do feel the need to respond. The return was received by tap n shower on 14/11/2024 at 11.40. I then sent an email on 21/11/24 asking what the holdup was, as I had not received refund nor any correspondence to acknowledge return had been received, no response was offered to this email. I then waited until 27/11/24 and sent a further email to state that as I had not received a refund or response I would have to proceed with a claim through my bank. Guess what, they responded to this and said a refund would be sent.
I received the refund into my bank on 4/12/24.
How is that within 10 days??
Return received by them on 14/11/24
Refund on 4/12/24, so 20 days.
But why lie?
