Had my boiler serviced today and from booking the appointment to the engineers visit was very easy and simple and quick Had text prior to the guy arriving, quickly got on with the job in hand. Advised me accordingly what was needed also offered product but it was a tad too expensive therefore ordered it off Amazon. Very pleased how the service was carried out.

Daniel the engineer visited this afternoon phone call prior to his arrival and on time and I appreciated his know how and his expertise to recommend a new boiler. Nothing was too much trouble can't recommend him highly enough 10/10

After speaking to Julie Troke, back in April, I was happy to use Pickfords to relocate me to another town, this was done 18th August. The 3 men who turned up in 2 removal vans were fantastic as there was nothing too much trouble for them in order to load the van up. They were very polite, and they worked outstandingly very hard loading and unloading my furniture. I was actually very surprised how smoothly my move went on both ends. Highly recommend Pickfords especially if these 3 guys turn up.

James and his team done a fantastic job. Very professional and lovely people highly recommend them.

Driver was very helpful infact he did a bit of tour guide duties as we had to detour out of London. Very amusing and polite

I have purchased a water proof light jacket this morning. The shop assistant was wonderful, he went out of his way to go upstairs for me and collected a couple of items to try on, as I had a sore back, and I've been trapesing round the shops looking for a waterproof jacket. the garment is fine not overly expensive and I thank the lovely young man for all his help

The lady was very helpful and very cheerful for a Sunday morning collection. Nothing was too much trouble when I ordered extra goods. She looked it up in the catalogue and placed my additional order. Very much appreciated her help
