My husband loves his monthly delivery. Items are well packaged and there's nice little extras such as bookmarks and postcards which come which are a nice touch. A couple of times the coffees have been cheap sachets which haven't been pleasant and the company are a bit inconsistent with despatch dates. Obviously with the exception of bank holidays and weekends, the delivery should come around the same date every month but we've had it delivered up to a week later on more than one occasion despite the money being taken well in advance. Its been brought to their attention but nothing has changed unfortunately.

My local yodel courier is amazing and always delivers with care. I can’t recommend her enough.

Terrible service. Driver didn’t even knock our door to make the delivery. He just dumped our parcels in the recycling bin at 9 o’clock at night. If I hadn’t have checked they would have been out there all night. Shocking company. Would not recommend.

Despite leaving clear delivery instructions on my door, the delivery driver ignored them and left our parcel with a neighbour. We would never ask a neighbour to take in a parcel for us in this Covid climate. Totally unacceptable.
