Surprise Phone Call

Opened account two years ago; when I asked to increase my loss limit, was told an email would be sent with their requirements but nothing arrived, so I did not use the site then. When I decided to use the site for the first time this week, after making a deposit and playing for 20 mins late on a Saturday evening, I received a surprise phone call from one of their agents asking for documents and informing me a £250 per month loss limit would be applied in the meantime. Having sent in the requested documents I'm informed my account has been closed, with no reason given.

Been buying their supplements for nigh on a quarter of a century. Always been happy with the products, the price and the service. Must mention Saw Palmetto in particular which I've taken regularly all that time - I'm still going through the night without getting up, at age 72.

Goalposts moved

Bet with this site for six months. Verification was fulsome but went OK, most withdrawals were instantaneous, generally no trouble. Site is a little cumbersome to navigate. After six months, 'enhanced verification' demanded and my account closed/suspended, even though my circumstances hadn't changed.

Update. After a period, I found I was able to deposit once again and have continued to use the site for the past 9 months without incident.

Peculiar. Played on their site for a few months. Verification was straightforward, withdrawals were prompt and support helpful. They even credited my account with a bonus for my birthday but all went wrong immediately thereafter. They took four weeks to credit a bank transfer deposit to my account, then became difficult over further verification and are now blocking my deposits.

Played on this site on just a couple of days when my account was frozen and documents demanded. Verification then took three weeks during which my money was withheld until they decided to close my account without explanation.

Scammers

Bit of an overused word in this context and not one I'd use readily but having done what I could to provide verification documents in advance of being asked and seeing that deposits were allowed up to £5000 I was dismayed to have my account restricted after just one hand of blackjack.

Who controls society?

Another banking company that thinks it should act as society's watchdog. Just stick to providing a banking service and scrap the holier than thou judgments. Is this company above scrutinization? Operating behind the scenes, it seems to be answerable to no-one.

Finickity

Not bad overall. Have been gambling on their online live casino for some time now. They are sticklers for verification of funds to the point of being finickity and my use of the site has been subject to a succession of problems. Support personnel have been helpful and payouts prompt.

Can't make a deposit.

Came to LeoVegas through watching 'Lets Give It A Spin'. Having set up an account I found I was prevented from making any deposit. After a number of conversations with the Chat Line and promises that an email would be sent to me, no email was received and no explanation provided.

Despite the reply below, still no email or any explanation.
