Surprise Phone Call
Opened account two years ago; when I asked to increase my loss limit, was told an email would be sent with their requirements but nothing arrived, so I did not use the site then. When I decided to use the site for the first time this week, after making a deposit and playing for 20 mins late on a Saturday evening, I received a surprise phone call from one of their agents asking for documents and informing me a £250 per month loss limit would be applied in the meantime. Having sent in the requested documents I'm informed my account has been closed, with no reason given.
