Exceptional service; we work hard to have our holiday and do have high expectations, we want to be looked after and have a luxurious time that keep us happy until we can return. Gerry and his team are kind, thoughtful, and go the extra mile. From the personal greetings and being on hand to answer any questions. They know the area really well and are very well respected by local businesses, we just mentioned Gerry’s villa and we got the gold star treatment. The villa itself provided us with space, peace and a very relaxing holiday. Just getting the deposit together to book again. Carbon Steel Weed Brush & Trimmer × 1 - minus Trimmer. Tried to contact online chat over the last 24 hours but nothing. I have emailed and I received an email back to say I have to buy the trimmer separately? I have emailed again to ask about a return and refund. Very poor advertising - wont use again nor recommend.

Agni Travel, were helpful throughout the time of booking our villa holiday to Paphos. We stayed in Coral Bay and very close to the high street. The villa had all the facilities we needed for a great holiday. When we booked we didn't realise that the air conditioning in the living areas was paid for locally, however Agni Travel organised this for us at an extra one off fee. The local holiday representative was fantastic, super helpful and really nice. We would recommend this villa for a lively luxury vacation.

The flowers died the next day, Prestige agreed this was a quality issue - and offered a £10 credit - the flowers cost £50. Prestige suggested I take the complaint up with my bank? I am still waiting a copy of the complaints process and will be taking this further. The company advertise a 100% satisfaction service - however this is false information. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Sending flowers is meant to be a nice thing to do, this however has just caused a lot of stress and disappointment. "The experience was disappointing. Very professional from the leaflet through the door, the booking, confirmation of appointment and on the day. The gutters haven't been professional cleaned since we moved in 7 years ago so it was a big job, and they now look outstanding - highly recommend.

Fantastic service, always answering questions before and during our stay promptly. We stayed at Kings Paradise and it was just that - even on the rainy days. The team are so friendly and helpful. Have used three times and will definitely use again.

Prestige made our holiday stress free, they arranged our transfer when I’d forgot to do it last minute, brought things to the villa that we needed and were great with recommendations on places to go. Super friendly, will use and recommend them.
