Easy to find what i wanted - descriptions and instructions very clear. Not the first time i've ordered from Oak World - always good.

This was my second order from Oak World. Again, very happy with ease of ordering and email communications thereafter. Delivery really quick within 3 days - and no issues with packaging. Item assembled and in it's place - matching my first order. Extremely happy with whole process and the products.

Order process easy to do online - plenty of advice and information to use. Delivery dates clear and although 2 items were slightly later than anticipated, this was ultimately not a problem. I have deducted 1 star as I thought that there would / should be just a bit more communication ref delay in anticipated delivery. But overall a good order and delivery experience. Have yet to build my furniture - so watch this space!

Website quick and easy to use - lots of choice!

We were kept informed all the way through the process with regards to dates, payment etc… The contractors were extremely pleasant, courteous and extremely hard working - no complaints about them being on or around my property. They cleared up and removed all rubbish. A neighbour asked us for the company details which we were more than happy to pass on. Would thoroughly recommend.

Package arrived on time (within pre-notified delivery window). Pleasant delivery driver and no damage to package.

Easy to navigate the website and find what I wanted. Ordering also an easy process. Delivery was within 1 week even though 7-10 days quoted. Excellent delivery, driver kindly brought it into house and put it to one side for us.

Easy and convenient to unpack and place on bed to air and then obviously use later! I found the mattress topper extremely comfortable and I really did notice a difference in how my back was feeling the next morning. The long term effect yet to be determined, but I’m hopeful even after just a couple of nights. The extra few inches height was quite noticeable but welcome. Only have one little niggle in that I found it very warm in the bed and had to throw back the quilt! But would recommend any day, thank you.

Used website to arrange cover for two cars. No hassle - everything quite straightforward and easy to understand. Received email confirmation within minutes and everything as required. Haven't needed their services yet - so cannot comment on that!
