Applied a giftcard to the order. Giftcard was erased after I re-entered a credit card to pay for the rest of the order. Tried re-entering gift card only to see it now said it had zero balance (after it had already been applied)
Emailed customer service, which told me that they could not apply the gift card without a receipt. Not worth me tracking down the aunt that gave it to me as a christmas gift.
They need to fix their website so it doesn't erase your gift card balance without applying it to the order.
